Ad-Men, published by AD-RH (Inasoft group) for more than 25 years and used by more than 500 agencies and companies, covers the cycle of a direct-search agency: CRM, candidate database, assignments, invoicing, multi-posting via EasyPost / Robopost and the AD-Men View client portal. It comes in two versions: AD-Men V5, desktop software with data hosted on your own infrastructure or in the cloud, and AD-Men Express, fully web-based and hosted in France. Marvin covers the same scope in the browser and adds AI interview notes, a Copilot, an MCP server, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp sequences, and the contract back office (timesheets, day-rate invoicing).
