How is Desk different from a traditional ATS?
Most ATSs handle candidates on one side and leave you to run a separate CRM and third-party outreach tools. Desk natively includes a client CRM, 4-channel outreach sequences (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, SMS) with anti-ban quotas, and hybrid search (keyword, semantic, boolean, plain language) across your CVs, your notes and imported LinkedIn profiles. All in one interface, with no extra subscription.
Does Desk replace my current LinkedIn outreach tool?
Yes. Desk sequences cover LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and SMS with a drag & drop editor, conditions and delays. Quotas are calibrated automatically on your LinkedIn account to avoid restrictions — something generic outreach tools do not always handle transparently. You manage all of it from the same place as your candidate pipeline.
How does plain-language search work on the talent pool?
You can phrase your searches the way you would say them out loud: "senior React profile available in Paris with fintech experience". Desk searches CVs, your notes and imported LinkedIn profiles — not only the structured fields on the record. Classic boolean and semantic search are still there for teams who prefer them.
What is included with Desk?

Can we migrate from another ATS?
Yes. We import candidates, contacts, notes, history and documents with automatic deduplication. Pricing is quoted based on your volume and your current ATS.
Does the AI Copilot write for me?
The Copilot assists: it summarises a candidate profile, drafts a message or suggests a recommendation that fits the context. You approve before anything is sent — it does not act on its own and does not replace your judgement.
