What exactly is Desk?
Desk is Marvin's core app: an ATS and a CRM in a single interface. You manage candidates, contacts, companies and missions without juggling several tools.
What's included when I get Desk?
With Desk you also get Board (client portal), People (consultant space and placement module), job-board multiposting, outreach sequences, the Career career site and Workforce. Scout, Note, Cash and Radar complete the suite as you need them.
Does the AI copilot write for me?
The copilot assists: it summarizes a candidate profile, suggests a message draft or a recommendation. It doesn't generate full documents or replace your review.
Can I migrate my data from another ATS?
Yes. We import candidates, contacts, notes, history and documents, with deduplication. Pricing is quote-based depending on your volume and needs.
