Eight tools in one.
And a database that's finally clean.
ATS, CRM, sourcing, enrichment, sequences, multiposting, market intelligence and invoicing in a single French tool. We take your database across, deduplicate it and clean it before you ever log in.
Built for firms of 1 to 100 consultants, from the sole trader to the structured team.

Day to day
Two ways to spend your day.
Your stack today
Eight tools, eight silos
- Sourcing is scattered across tools that don't talk to each other: search in one place, enrichment in another, the ATS in a third. Time lost going back and forth.
- Every search starts from scratch. Your talent pool stays a black box: search doesn't understand the profession, so the team goes back to LinkedIn.
- Incomplete, out-of-date records clutter the database — job titles three years old, duplicates between the CRM and the ATS, candidates who changed employer without anyone knowing.
- Ten minutes of data entry per record. Every candidate, every contact, every company keyed in by hand.
- Once you've identified the profile, you still have to go and find their email and phone number somewhere else — and pay for one more tool to do it.
- Information doesn't travel between colleagues. Whatever a conversation didn't record doesn't exist, and client reporting goes back into a spreadsheet every Friday.
- No way of seeing business coming winning new assignments lives in another tool, or nowhere at all.
- GDPR compliance kept up by hand, one consent at a time.
With Marvin
Eight apps, one single set of data
- Every step in the same place from search to invoice — and each one feeds the next, with no re-keying and no export in between.
- Natural-language search across your talent pool and LinkedIn: you describe the role, and Marvin understands equivalent job titles rather than hunting for your exact words. And semantic search digs through CVs as thoroughly as interview notes.
- Your database updates itself. Every night, Marvin corrects job titles, employers and locations from LinkedIn.
- One-click import from LinkedIn, HelloWork, Indeed, Meteojob, APEC and CVAden, attached directly to an assignment — and a flag if the profile works for one of your clients.
- 600 enrichment credits included per user per month: email and phone found in 70 to 80% of cases, with no extra subscription.
- LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp sequences, with a unified inbox on the record: between colleagues, nothing gets lost any more. Our Note module writes the summary before the call ends.
- Client portal through a simple URL with no login to create: your clients follow candidates in real time, read CVs and notes, and leave their comments.
- Winning assignments in the same tool as placing candidates — our Radar module alerts you when a company in your CRM posts a role.
- GDPR handled by the tool consent requested when a profile is added, automated renewals, profiles purged when they reach their retention limit…
Consolidation
Eight Marvin apps. Eight fewer lines on your bank statement.
Prices observed at recruitment agencies, per user per month. The names listed are examples of tools commonly used for each line of spend.
With Marvin
than your stack
for a broader scope
A single licence per user replaces the eight lines opposite. And you gain multiposting to 90 job boards, the client portal and market intelligence along the way — none of which your current stack covers.
One invoice, one point of contact, one place where your candidate data lives.
What Marvin changes
From the first profile to the invoice, without switching tools.
The database you finally make use of
Natural-language search that understands the profession: you describe the role, and Marvin surfaces profiles whose title is equivalent without you having to guess the right keyword. Semantic search across CVs and interview notes. Advanced filters: profession, radius in kilometres, salary, availability, skills.
And above all: every night, Marvin rescans the LinkedIn profiles linked to your database and corrects job title, employer and location. Your talent pool ages more slowly than you do.
The day without re-keying
One-click import from LinkedIn, HelloWork, Indeed, Meteojob, APEC and CVAden — taking notes and attaching to an assignment without leaving the page. A flag warns you if the profile you're viewing works for a client listed in your CRM. Bulk CV import in a single go.
600 enrichment credits included per user per month: 1 credit for an email, 10 for a phone number. Contact details found in 70 to 80% of cases. One enrichment subscription fewer.
Marvin Note generates the interview summary before the call ends and pre-fills the fields on the record.
As much CRM as ATS
Unified LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp inbox on the record. Multichannel sequences for your candidates as much as for winning assignments. Revenue tracked by consultant, assignment and client — with figures kept confidential between consultants, because in a partner-owned firm that matters.
Client portal through a simple URL, with no login to create. Your clients follow candidates in progress, read CVs and notes, and leave their comments. None of our direct competitors offers it.
Marvin Radar alerts you when a company in your CRM posts a role.
From placement to invoice
Marvin Cash generates the invoice from the pipeline once the placement is confirmed, schedules the chasers and syncs with your invoicing tool. The firm's margin is steered in real time, not at quarter end.
Sovereignty
Your candidate data, with no grey areas.
Scaleway hosting, France

Continuity
Daily backups, 30-day retention, restore within 4 hours. Target SLA 99.5%.
GDPR in daily use
Consent requested when a candidate is added, automated consent renewals, automatic deletion after 2 years.

Our carry-over connectors cover 32 ATSs on the market. Whatever your current tool, we bring the database across — and you stay the owner of your data, exportable at any time.
Data clean-up
We don't copy your database across. We put it back on its feet.
A raw import reproduces your duplicates, your empty records and your stale statuses — just in a prettier interface. So our data engineer starts by auditing your database: actual volumes, duplicates between tools, missing fields, inconsistent statuses. The clean-up follows from that audit, rule by rule — and nothing is imported until you've approved them.

4,400
CRM records attached to no company, often personal addresses: identified as candidates rather than client contacts. The call was put to the firm, not made on its behalf.
61
records with neither name nor email, and one role with no title, set aside at the door. The CVs are transferred then enriched automatically in the background.
Two tools, more than 178,000 objects, one database on arrival. Every rule applied is documented in a carry-over file, walked through over a video call with the firm before go-live. The import was handled within 24 hours of receiving the final exports.

Structuring and clean-up
Our data engineer deduplicates, sets aside empty records and brings the judgement calls to you; an AI recodes missing fields from the CVs. We configure your fields, pipelines, permissions and integrations. Your teams carry on working in the old tool.

What does the migration actually involve?
What about my LinkedIn account?
What about my data?
Won't AI make my messages impersonal?
There are three of us. Is this sized for us?
