Why Marvin · what we built differently for recruitment Three choices.
Everything else follows.
Marvin is a French recruitment software, built on three choices. Not the product pitch: the three choices that change your day as a recruiter, and what we refuse to do to stick to them.
Switch to compare.
- 01Your databaseA database nobody checks any more. Profiles sourced three times over.
- 02AIAn assistant that answers when you type. No action.
- 03Your businessOne tool per business line. A migration at every pivot.
Choice 01 · Your database, your asset
Your database is an asset.
Not a CV graveyard.
An agency piles up years of candidates, clients and interview notes. Marvin brings all that history over, deduplicates it and makes it searchable. Search digs through CVs and notes alike, and Scout searches your own pool before looking anywhere else. You find the right profiles you already had.
of hires were already in the ATS.

Choice 02 · Marvin inside your AI
A Copilot that acts.
Not a chatbot that waits.
Most tools add an assistant that answers when you ask it something. Marvin's Copilot acts: it searches your database, compares profiles, drafts your messages, updates your records and your pipeline. By default, anything it sends waits for your approval. And with the MCP server, you drive all of it from the AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.

Choice 03 · Agency, IT staffing, temp
Your model changes.
Your tool doesn't.
Desk and 5 apps cover every recruitment business in a single database. A client contact can become a candidate without losing their history. An IT staffing firm tracks assignments, timesheets and day rates in the same place as its recruiting. You change business model without changing tools.
7 tools replaced by one platform.
Desk and its 5 apps: Scout, Note, Career, Board, Radar.Agency mode: the record shows the ongoing process.
