The commitments

Seven commitments,
each with its status.

Statuses are the same as on the rest of the site: Available (in service), Beta (open on request), Planned (not delivered yet).

• No training on your data.

  Marvin does not use your data to train AI models. Its AI providers work on API plans that exclude training by default. With the firm's own AI key, the terms of the firm's contract with its provider apply (some free plans allow training).

• Sending approved by you, by default.

  When the Copilot or your assistant prepares a message or an enrolment in a sequence, you see the preview, you approve, then Marvin runs it. Once a contact is enrolled in a sequence, the following sends go out on their own, on the sequence's schedule.

• OpenAI by default, others for some features.

  Marvin's AI features run by default on OpenAI models. Anthropic and Mistral, declared as sub-processors in the DPA, can be used for some features. Google (Gemini) can only be used with the firm's own AI key: it is then not a Marvin sub-processor.

• Models at Scaleway, in Paris.

  Hosting the AI models at Scaleway, in Paris, is planned. It is not in service today: your data, however, is already hosted at Scaleway, in Paris.

• Your own AI key, if you prefer.

  An administrator can register the firm's own AI key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or Google): most of Marvin's AI features then run through it. Exceptions: meeting transcription, handled by dedicated providers; Marvin's internal tools; uses for which the chosen provider has no model, which stay on Marvin's key; reading scanned CVs with a provider that cannot read images, which is refused. Through the MCP server, the AI runs in your own assistant, on your own subscription.

• The AI acts with your rights, no more.

  Through the MCP server, every action goes through your account, with your rights, and stays traced. Each request is filtered on your firm and your roles, and the right to erasure applies on this channel as everywhere else.

• The AI system card, on request.

  The AI providers and the AI system card are part of the Trust Pack, with the DPA, the security measures and the continuity plan. A team member sends it to you after your request.
