Does Note work with Zoom, Meet and Teams?
Yes. Note joins the meeting automatically or by invitation, with no setup before each call.
With Note, does the candidate know the call is being transcribed?
Note joins the call as a visible participant: the candidate can see a bot is there. Telling them about the recording remains your responsibility, in line with the GDPR. Marvin does not store or share your transcripts outside your Marvin workspace.
Can I edit Note's write-up?
Yes. The write-up can be corrected after the call: the reviewed version is the one that stays on the record. The full transcript remains available next to it.
