For temporary staffing and short-term placement
Based on 2 real client demos

The request lands at 9am.
The client wants someone tomorrow morning.

In temp staffing, whoever answers first makes the placement. Marvin keeps your availability up to date, targets the right pool by trade and by area, and contacts everyone in one click β€” SMS, WhatsApp, email.

Your payroll back office stays where it is: Marvin plugs into it, it doesn't replace it.

France

your data hosted in France

Day to day

Two ways to fill an urgent request.

Your setup today

The talent pool on one side, the phone on the other

  • Availability in the database is never today's availability. You call round to check what you're supposed to already know β€” and all the while, the request is waiting.
  • The urgent request goes to the agency next door. By the time you've combed the pool, called people one by one and reached voicemail, somebody else has confirmed.
  • An available worker never becomes an opportunity. You wait for the request instead of offering the profile to the companies that would take them on tomorrow.
  • Certifications expire without warning. Forklift licence, medical check, work permit: you find out the day you need to place someone, not before.
  • The Monday morning no-show. Without a confirmation the day before, you discover the absence at the same time as the client β€” and it's your client relationship that takes the hit.
  • Contracts and timesheets go back and forth by email then get re-keyed into the back office. Every assignment drags its paperwork along, and every re-keying its mistake.

With Marvin

Eight apps, one single set of data

  • Availability keeps itself up to date as replies and assignments come in, and it's visible to the whole agency. You know who's free tomorrow morning without making fifteen calls.
  • One click, and your whole target pool is contacted by SMS, WhatsApp and email, on the channel where they actually reply. Replies land in one place and the first confirmation stops the send for everyone else.
  • Someone available becomes an offer. Marvin points you to the companies in your CRM likely to take the profile, and you put the candidate forward before anyone asks.
  • Documents are tracked with their expiry dates forklift licence, medical check, work permit. You're alerted before they lapse, not on the morning of the placement.
  • A message the day before pushes back no-shows sent automatically to every worker who has been booked.
  • Assignment details go through to your back office already structured less re-keying, fewer mistakes.

With Marvin

3times less
than your stack

for a broader scope

A single licence per user replaces the seven lines opposite. And you gain pools by trade and by area, up-to-date availability and day-before confirmations along the way.

Your payroll software isn't on the list: it stays exactly where it is.

What Marvin changes

From the request to the confirmed placement.

01

Availability that stays current, continuously

Every reply to an approach, every assignment start and finish updates availability. The information is visible to the whole agency in real time β€” not sitting in a file one person maintains and everyone else guesses at.

You know who's free tomorrow morning without making fifteen calls to check what you're supposed to already know.

02

Your available workers become offers

A worker comes free: rather than waiting for the request, Marvin points you to the companies in your CRM that employ that trade and offers to push the profile to them β€” in a single sequence, with the CV in your branding.

You move from waiting to offering, and you see who opened the message and viewed the profile: the sales follow-up goes out at the right moment, not whenever the diary allows.

03

Pools ready before the request comes in

Forklift operators in the northern area, night-shift care assistants, pickers available at weekends: your lists are built in advance, by trade, by area and by certification, and they keep themselves up to date.

Documents are tracked with their expiry dates β€” forklift licence, medical check, work permit β€” and you're alerted before they lapse. When the client calls, the shortlist already exists and it's valid.

04

Your whole pool contacted in one click

SMS, WhatsApp and email from the same screen, on the channel where your workers actually reply. Replies land in one place, the first confirmation books the candidate and stops the send for everyone else.

And a message sent the day before to the booked candidate pushes back the Monday morning no-show β€” the one you currently discover at the same time as the client.

05

Less paperwork, your payroll untouched

Assignment details go through to your back office already structured rather than being re-keyed, with the documents attached to the record.

Temp payroll and statutory filings stay with you, and that's deliberate: Marvin covers recruitment, the talent pool and candidate contact, and plugs into what you already run. No big bang, no risky migration on the system that pays your workers.

Sovereignty

Your worker and client data, with no grey areas.

Scaleway hosting, France

Your data is hosted and processed in France. No transfer outside the EU.

AES-256 encryption

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, keys held in a managed KMS.

Access and isolation

Strict isolation per agency, 2FA, SSO with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID, permissions configurable by role.

GDPR handled by the tool

Consent requested when a profile is added, automated renewals, profiles purged when they reach their retention limit.

You stay the owner

You can export your data at any time, in a reusable format.

Trust Pack on request

DPA (art. 28), technical and organisational measures, continuity plan, sub-processor annex, AI System Card. In French and English.

Migration

Three stages, without stopping the agency.

D-30

Initial export

We help you request it from your current vendor, whatever format they hand back, and recover your other sources.

The following month

Structuring and clean-up

Our Data Engineer audits the database, deduplicates, sets aside empty records and brings the judgement calls to you. An AI recodes missing fields from the CVs. The agency carries on running in the current tool.

D-1

Switchover

A final export to pick up the past month, live within 24 hours. You start with a talent pool and assignments that are up to date.

The questions we actually get asked.

Does Marvin replace our payroll software?
No, and that's deliberate. Temp payroll and statutory filings stay in your back office. Marvin covers recruitment, the talent pool, candidate contact and assignment tracking, then passes the structured information through to your existing tool. You take no risk whatsoever on the system that pays your workers.
Do our temp workers actually reply to messages?
That's the whole point of multichannel: the same send goes out by SMS, WhatsApp and email, and each person replies on the channel they use. Replies come back to one place, and the first confirmation stops the send for everyone else β€” nobody travels for nothing.
Our talent pool is in our current tool. Do we get it back?
Yes, all of it: workers, clients, assignments and documents. A named Data Engineer audits the database, deduplicates, sets aside empty records and puts every clean-up rule to you before importing. Nothing is loaded without your approval, and the agency keeps running throughout the switchover.
Our teams don't have time for three days of training.
There's no IT project and no integrator: an experienced recruiter picks the tool up on their own live assignments. And training, whenever you want it, goes through our Qualiopi-certified body, fundable by your training levy rather than billed as a service.
We're committing to a vendor for years. Will you still be around?
Marvin is a French software company, used daily by recruitment firms and staffing agencies. And the commitment is reversible by design: your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time, in a reusable format. You don't stay because you're stuck.

Let's talk about your goals.

Thirty minutes on your live requests and your actual talent pool. Not a feature tour.
