Is recruitment software for a temp agency compatible with my contracts and payroll software?
Marvin works alongside your temp agency software, without replacing it: contracts, statutory hiring declarations, timesheets and payroll stay there. Marvin takes care of recruitment, the talent pool, applications and candidate contact. There is no automatic connection between the two tools today.
How can a temp agency know which temps are available right now?
In Marvin, the end of an assignment makes the temp available again automatically, and they can declare their own release date from their own space. A badge flags those whose assignment ends soon, and availability works as a search filter.
Can an agency doing both temp and permanent recruitment manage everything in Marvin?
For recruitment, yes: Marvin handles applications, processes and clients for temp as well as perm, with a custom field to tell the contract types apart. Temp contracts, statutory hiring declarations and payroll stay in your temp agency software.
Does a temp agency pay a Marvin licence for each temp?
No. The licence is per Desk user, meaning per recruiter or branch consultant who works in it. Your temps reach their space through a link, with no licence, as do your clients. For a part-timer or an apprentice, the quote can include a special-profile licence at its own rate. Public prices, per user and per month, are on the Pricing page.
Can a temp agency contact its temps on WhatsApp from Marvin?
Yes. Once the agency’s WhatsApp is connected, Marvin sends your campaigns by WhatsApp and email to a targeted list, from the same screen. Replies come back into the record’s inbox, visible to the whole team.
Can a temp agency send an anonymised CV to several clients and know which ones received it?
Yes. Marvin produces the anonymised CV with your logo from the record, and you email it from Marvin to your client contacts. Every send is tracked: the candidate’s record lists the companies they were presented to, with open tracking, and each company’s record lists the candidates it received. Bulk sending to a list of prospects is switched on upon request.
Can a temp agency with several branches keep records separate between branches?
Yes, with teams and roles. Each branch forms a team, and each user’s role limits what they see: their own records, their team’s or the whole network. A record outside their scope does not appear, and the consultant can request access from its owners. Marvin does not hide one particular field, such as contact details: visibility is set record by record.
Can a temp agency customise the rejection email sent to candidates?
Yes. For each process stage, rejection included, you write the email sent to the candidate, in French, English or Spanish, with variables such as their first name, the job title or the company. Automatic sending is switched on stage by stage, for all jobs or for one specific job. A stage can also simply suggest the email for you to approve.
Can a temp agency run sponsored job ads on Indeed from Marvin?
Yes, with your own Indeed credits: Marvin posts the job but does not rebill the paid posting. You tick the job boards ad by ad, Indeed included, and the applications received arrive on the job with their source. In terms of volume, Career includes 3 multiposted ads per user on Pro and 5 on Suite, across 89 job boards.
Can temps be filtered by driving licence or work authorisation in Marvin?
Yes, with custom fields: you create, for example, “Driving licence” or “Work authorisation”, filled in on each record, and they become search filters. A date field, such as a permit’s expiry date, can create an automatic reminder. Marvin does not check the validity of a licence or residence permit itself: it is information the agency enters.
Does Marvin handle the hourly rate and markup of a temp assignment?
No. Marvin does not calculate hourly rates, billing markups or timesheets of hours: these live in your temp agency software, with contracts and payroll. Marvin covers what comes before: finding and qualifying the temp, presenting them to the client and following up. A candidate’s desired or current pay, however, is entered and filterable on their record.
Can a temp agency bring its talent pool into Marvin?
Yes: temps, candidates, clients and documents are carried over. A Marvin data engineer audits the database, merges duplicates and submits every clean-up rule to you before the import, while the agency keeps running. Training is delivered by our Qualiopi-certified training body (the French quality label), fundable by your OPCO, the French training fund.
