What people ask us about People.

How is a consultant's timesheet signed in People?

Online, with no account: the client receives a link, confirms with a one-time code, and Marvin freezes a timestamped fingerprint (SHA-256) of the signed document to prove what was signed. It is not a qualified signature under the eIDAS regulation, nor a third-party signing service.

In People, do consultants get a space to manage their own details?

Yes. Every consultant has a personal space, connected to your Marvin. They enter their availability, which shows up straight away in your pool, submit their monthly timesheet and upload their expenses. You have nothing to retype.

Is People only for IT consultancies?

People works for any business that places consultants on missions with clients: IT consultancies, umbrella companies, staffing firms, interim management agencies. For a recruitment firm doing permanent placements with no missions to manage, Desk is enough.

Is People connected to Desk and Cash?

Yes. People is connected to Desk (client CRM, sales pipeline) and to Cash, which drafts the invoice from approved timesheets. Nothing is retyped from one tool to the next.

Is People included in a Marvin plan?
