Why Kalent
Rather than building our own engine, we chose to partner with the best in this field. Kalent has been working on its candidate search engine for 4 years. Its version 2.0 adds deeper ranking and built-in qualification questions. Kalent is used in around ten ATS platforms and is SOC 2 certified.
What it changes for you
The Kalent integration in Marvin now works both ways.
- You connect your Kalent account to Marvin by adding your Kalent API key.
- From Scout, you launch a Kalent search, based on a job or a need.
- Kalent queries its database; its AI agents qualify and rank profiles.
- Profiles already in your Marvin database are flagged with a badge: no duplicates, no double outreach.
- You select the right profiles, enrich email and phone, then import them straight into Marvin.
From Kalent, you can still export profiles to Marvin: they arrive as candidates in your chosen project.
Your Kalent account, as-is
You use your existing Kalent subscription and credits, with nothing extra to pay on the Marvin side.
Security
Kalent is SOC 2 certified, a demanding standard for data protection.
A word from the founders
Recruitment agencies pay a lot to access profiles that are, for the most part, already public. Kalent proves there's another way: a comprehensive French database, tried and tested, that finally makes accessible data that should be. Integrating it into Marvin means giving our clients a real alternative, without changing their habits.
