They juggle between their ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing tools and enrichment tools. Kalent is used in around ten ATS platforms and is SOC 2 certified. ## What it changes for you The Kalent integration in Marvin now works both ways. 1. **You connect your Kalent account** to Marvin by adding your Kalent API key. 2. **From Scout, you launch a Kalent search**, based on a job or a need. 3. **Kalent queries its database**; its AI agents qualify and rank profiles. 4. **Profiles already in your Marvin database** are flagged with a badge: no duplicates, no double outreach. 5. **You select the right profiles**, enrich email and phone, then import them straight into Marvin. From Scout, you search the Kalent database. Relevant profiles are imported into Marvin with their score and source. From Kalent, you can still export profiles to Marvin. The integration works both ways. ### How do I activate Kalent in Marvin? In Marvin, go to Settings → My integrations → Kalent, then paste your Kalent API key. The integration is active immediately. ### Is there an extra cost on the Marvin side? No. You use your existing Kalent subscription and credits. The Scout integration is included in Marvin at no additional cost. ### Is Kalent already available in Marvin? Yes. The integration is available now for all Marvin users who have a Kalent account.
